of Services Upon
your initiation of a contract with Penguins Unlimited, you will be assigned
a "Project Manager" who will be your point of contact within the company. He
or she will see to it that you get the very best technical support in the industry.
For customers under service contract (free for the first 30 days), most emails
will be answered within one business day. If for any reason you have not received
a reply within 3 days, there must have been some communications problem; in
that case, please resend your request, with an alternate return address (such
as a hotmail account or other personal email address) in case the problem is
with your mail server. At Penguins Unlimited, commitment to customer service
is a cornerstone of our business; if you are not getting the prompt and courteous
service you deserve, you may escalate your request to the next level, all the
way to the President if necessary. Your
basic contract with Penguins Unlimited does not include any Professional
Services such as system administration or development work unless otherwise
specified. You can easily obtain these services from us by
emailing
your
requirements to your Project Manager. Penguins Unlimited offers the following services as part of "Data Center or Professional
