This program is ideal for customers who need immediate and on-going access to a Penguins Unlimited Project Manager or System Administrator

The program includes support for Linux related incidents, and delivers configuration, networking and installation assistance and email support.

It addresses questions "beyond-the-user interface", including shell scripting, advanced network set-up, trouble shooting, and application development advice. This program includes "initial consulting" on Linux OS diagnostics. Linux is powerful and extensible, yet can be complex. Our system administrator will help you solve complex problems and make your servers perform customized tasks

NON-RECURRING HOURLY RATES

• 1 Hour - Business Hours: SFr 95
• 1 Hour - Non-Business Hours: SFr 135

  (Billed on a minimum of 1 hour, after the first hour we bill on 30 minute increments.)

  Project Manager work will be performed between 10am to 22, Monday through Friday IST, Administration beyond these hours will be charged at higher per hour rates.
